First of all wash poha in clean water, remove excess water and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, allow them to crackle
Add finely a chopped onion and curry leaves. saute' till pinkish and little soft
Now add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder and mix well
Immediately add soaked flattened rice or Poha, salt to taste sugar and lemon juice. Mix well everything and cook covered for next 5 minutes
take out in serving plates, garnish with some chopped coriander, pomegranate pearls and namkeen sev
